How we collect and use your information when you shop with Kismayo Halal, kept plain and to the point.

What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address and state, phone number, email address, any delivery instructions you add, and the items in your order. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address for that purpose.
Payment information
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never seen or stored by Kismayo Halal. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and receipts, respond to any questions about your order, and — if you opted in — send occasional product and store updates.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services that make an order work: Stripe for payment, our email provider for order confirmations, and our secure hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing emails
Newsletter updates are only sent if you subscribe. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove your email from the list at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your details where we are not required to keep them. Contact us and we will help.
