Terms of use

Kismayo Halal is an online halal grocery store. You can browse the catalogue and place an order as a guest; an account is optional. By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are able to receive delivery at the address given, or to collect a pickup order from the store.

We aim to describe products, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. Items are subject to availability and may sell out. If an item you paid for turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email to offer a substitute. If you decline the substitute, we will refund the price of that item.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Your item subtotal, any shipping, and your order total are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been completed.

After payment you receive an order confirmation by email with your order reference. If you need to change something about your order, such as delivery details, contact us as soon as possible and we will help where the order has not already been prepared or dispatched.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we will replace it. If an item you paid for can't be supplied and you choose not to take a substitute, we will refund that item to your original payment method.

We may update these terms as the store grows and new features are added. The date below reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the current terms.
