Using this store
Kismayo Halal is an online halal grocery store. You can browse the catalogue and place an order as a guest — no customer account is required. By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are able to receive delivery at the address given.
Products and availability
We aim to describe products, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. Items are subject to availability and may sell out. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange a replacement or refund for that item.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your item subtotal, any shipping, and your order total are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been completed.
Orders and cancellations
After payment you receive an order confirmation by email with your order reference. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will help where the order has not already been prepared or dispatched.
